Employer

Delivery Much Brasil is the largest food delivery app in the interior of Brazil. The company aims to democratize Delivery and today operates in more than 200 Brazilian cities, serving daily the more than 3.5 million users registered in our app.

Team

The Backoffice team takes care of all the flows of the company's internal applications, such as the two panels used to manage information from the public app of users and deliverers.

Gerenciador de Permissões

The Permissions Manager was a project that aimed to give an interface to the process that our backend developers made by hand. With this we would reduce a good part of the time consumed by our devs who had to deal with tickets that requested the creation or removal of users in the Fullservice Panel (Delivery Much's internal platform), the editing of roles of these users or the editing of data.

Although the project went through a discovery process to validate our role system, and went through a usability test to validate the interface with the team that would be responsible for this new way of creating users, I chose to give a sample of the prototyping work I did to make my findings tangible. I also thought it would be interesting to show a little bit of the delivery of the screens to the devs.

The delivery of the screens was made within Figma, separating the project into a few pages: User Listing + Filters, User Inactivation, User Creation, User Editing.

All the working specifications written in Figma were also passed to the Jira task, where I documented the "story" for the devs.

As for the prototype, I thought it would be interesting to show the Inactivation and User Editing part.
